Carlos recently joined to FINN Real Estate in August 2023. His professional practice is mainly focused on Real Estate Closings & Financing, having proved experience with processes, policies and requirements of the Title & Escrow Companies, Banks (Trust and Mortgage areas) and Notary Public offices, along with a high level of bilingual communication and customer service.
Before joining FINN, Carlos worked as Closing Agent at ConsulBaja Legal Solutions and with P&H Closing Services from January 2021 up to date. From 2014 to 2020 he performed as Closings Coordinator at Engel & Völkers Snell Real Estate and from 2007 to 2012 he was part of the Preferred Customer´s Unit at BBVA Mexico, specifically in the USD Mortgage Loans & Trust areas, giving him vast experience for over 16 years in Los Cabos area.
In 1999 he started his professional practice in Banco Nacional de Mexico, working in the Corporate and Global Business Banking area for over 3 years.
Carlos obtained his Business Administration and Finance degree at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, in 2002.
