Denisse Paredes was born and raised in Mazatlán, a vacation destination in Mexico. She has international experience as a systems consultant but her love for the beach and sunny days has brought her to Los Cabos to raise her daughter with her husband who is an experienced architect. She now has a real estate career with over 15 years of experience in all the fields in the real estate industry. During those years she worked for the most important bank institutions, closing companies and real estate agencies in Baja California Sur and Quintana Roo.
Denisse is always there to help and use her experience to give the best service possible and create a smooth transaction for her clients.
Happily living in San Jose del Cabo for 10 years, has given her wide knowledge of all that Baja has to offer in terms of lifestyle, construction, schools, and the local gastronomic scene.
Denisse is involved in her community, loves her friends, plays sports, she is in a soccer team, active member of her daughter’s school parents association, has adopted 3 stray dogs and enjoys cooking for friends and family on Sunday barbecues.
